+Vocal loading test is considered as a valuable tool for determining the condition of the voice organ, particularly in occupational medicine, as it allows diagnosing problems undetectable with a classic acoustic analysis of single phonation. The typical examination consists in a single phonation analysis (double  “a” vowel or similar), followed by loading the voice organ by reading aloud for half an hour, and ended with another single phonation analysis. The appropriate volume level during the reading is ensured only by applying white noise to the subject with headphones. The method is based on the comparison of diagnostic parameters before and after the effort; worsening of the parameters is considered significant. However, it is known that voice organ reactions to the load are different.
+Here we present our preliminary results of our attempt to examine precisely the phenomena which occur during the vocal loading test. The diagnostic phrase (double “a”) is recorded and analyzed multiple times during the test, in regular intervals, and the behavior of diagnostic parameters during the entire test is examined. Additional effort is put into measurement and dynamic control of the volume level of the speech.
