Professor Mariusz Ziółko

General information

Mariusz Ziółko (ziolko at agh.edu.pl) recived the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in 1970 and D.Sc. degree in automatic control, both from the AGH University of Science and Technology. In 1990 he received the D.Hab. degree from the AGH University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; European Association for Signal, Speech, and Image Processing. He is an author or co-author of over 100 scientific papers published among other in IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Mathematical Biosciences, Theoretical Population Biology, Functional Ecology, Applied Numerical Mathematics, Kidney International. He is an author of book “Modelling of wave phenomena” and co-author of book “Application of wavelet theory in technical diagnostics” and co-author of “Optimization Methods”, lectures published by AGH. His research interests include: speech technology, signal processing, modelling of biomedical processes and applications of mathematics.
